Nestled in the trees in a quiet setting, “Sunchase” offers convenience to both the beach and all that Corolla has to offer! The top level of the home was designed for gathering in the kitchen, living area and dining area. There is also a sun room with a breakfast nook. The middle level consists of sleeping quarters. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A half bathroom is situated between the middle and upper level for convenience. Entry to the home and laundry facilities can be found on the ground level.
Located in Corolla Light, there are a plethora of community amenities available, including the nearby oceanfront complex, which includes multiple pools, the Oceanfront Grill, a playground, lighted basketball and volleyball courts and beach access. In addition, there is a sports center with gym and indoor pool, tennis courts, a soundfront pool and planned activities during the season. Trolley service is available during the season to transport you throughout the community. “Sunchase” is an ideal cottage where coastal comfort, community amenities and location combine to provide a relaxing vacation!
Corolla Light is a wristband community. Each guest must have a wristband to use any community amenities. This home provides 10 wristbands.

"It was perfect for a small family, just me and my 2 daughters. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to use to cook. A/c worked great and kept it cold inside. Maybe a block and half to the beach with a walkway that has a gazebo and literally steps from the driveway is a path to the Corolla light shops. Very quiet street and nice and dark at night. Only inconvenience I saw and very minor and wouldn’t stop me from renting again was the toilet in the shared bathroom between the rooms the flapper wouldn’t seal but after a jiggle of the handle it stopped. Also the shower in the shared bathroom it you didn’t have the curtain laying right it let water out onto the floor, noticed that the first night and made sure to tell my daughter so it wouldn’t happen again. Very small inconveniences that anyone that owns a house knows. Overall for what I paid on Labor Day week I think it was a great value and extremely pleased with the house for the week."

"Sunchase was a beautiful home, tastefully appointed and so comfortable. My mother came with us and has severe rheumatoid and she thoroughly enjoyed the hammock swing in the shade as well as the three season room off the kitchen for reading and doing puzzles. The proximity to Corolla Light Center as well as the beach and the pool made everything within walking distance. Mom and I loved walking to Northern Lights Bakery! We appreciated the beach chairs that we DIDN’T have to pack from NY and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of comfortable beds and fans for those who love white noise. We have stayed in Corolla many times over the years but this was our best yet! Thank you for making everything from check in to reminders simple and easy!"
