Hi, Does the state require licenses to fish in the Ocean Lake pond? Thanks.
Asked by Mike 5/12/2014
Answer Mike, you are required to have a NC Coastal Recreational Fishing License to fish in any water in North Carolina. For information on where to purchase a permit, please visit http://www.twiddy.com/faq.aspx#fishinglicense. Please note the Ocean Lake pond is catch and release only.Answered by Twiddy on 5/13/2014
Hello, is there any construction going on around this house? Are there any plans for new homes? It looks like there are a number of open lots. Thank you.
Asked by Kate 4/28/2014
Answer Great question, Kate! Twiddy cannot predict construction plans in the area and has no control over construction noise. You may reserve a house at a time when there is no construction in progress nearby, but construction could begin prior to your arrival. We regret any inconvenience, but we are not able to facilitate relocations or refunds.Answered by Twiddy on 4/29/2014
Hello. We will be visiting your property the 2nd week in June. I have a 2 year old that likes her crib...and hates her pack and play. Do you by chance have a crib we can rent? Thank you
Asked by Kathy 4/18/2014
Answer Thank you for your inquiry, Kathy! Baby equipment is not a standard amenity for Twiddy homes. If you would like to rent baby equipment for your stay, Just for the Beach, Moneysworth, and Ocean Atlantic Rentals all provide baby equipment rentals. It reads, parking for 6, it is possible to fit more if we have some smaller vehicles? If necessary, where would other vehicles be permitted to park? Thank you!
Asked by Lisa 10/3/2013
Answer Yes Lisa, it is possible that you could fit one more depending upon size of vehicles and how they are parked; not on the grass or sand areas, though, because of the septic system. There is not additional parking in this neighborhood, but we do have satellite parking at our Corolla office for overflow, and the fee would be $5.00 per day, or $30.00 for the week!Answered by Twiddy on 10/3/2013
