If you’re planning to bring your dog to the OBX, start planning early, as 70% of our pet friendly homes are typically booked by January for May through September weeks.

Need a home with 10 bedrooms or more? Our 10 bedroom plus homes were 79% booked for 2022 before January.

Each week in each vacation home has a notification list. If/when the week becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know. All guests on the notification list for a particular home/week are emailed at the same time, and reservations are booked on a first come first served basis. You can join the notification list for as many homes and weeks that you want.
