Outer Banks Golf:

Katherine Schuster of Kill Devil Hills was recently named Carolina Girls Player of the Year

Aside from the Carolinas Golf Association honor, Katherine had a stellar 2018, including a National Championship win at the Drive, Chip, and Putt in the Girls 14-15 division at Augusta National. Other notable achievements in 2018 include the NCHSAA – Girls’ 1A/2A State Championship (she also held this title as a freshman in 2017), winner of the Home Valley Junior Invitational, and playing for the Carolinas Team at the Mid-Atlantic Girls’ Challenge Matches.

Katherine, a high school sophomore, has developed a deep love for playing golf and has verbally committed to playing golf in college at Clemson University. Katherine’s proud mother, Rikki Schuster, has been Twiddy & Company’s medical provider for many years. We have had the privilege of watching Katherine’s love for golf flourish.
