We had a great time. The house was nice and had good views of the ocean. A special thanks to Twiddy-- Upon our arrival to the beach we had gotten stuck in the sand before even reaching our house. After 30 minutes of frustration in trying to dig out, I called the Twiddy office for assistance. Within 10 minutes there was someone there to help. He tied up my vehicle, had me out within 10 minutes and escorted me to my house. I tried to pay him for his efforts but he refused to take any money. Indeed a fine example of service! From the first moment we used the website through the time we locked the door behind us and headed home the experience was incredible. The website is exceptional, very user friendly and we loved the way we could narrow our search so easily. The response time when a question was posed was nearly instantaneous. Your office staff at the Corolla office is wonderful. At check-in the warmth and smiles were a welcome sight to a weary traveler (12 hours in the car). The check-in information was everything we needed to get settled into our home and familiarize us with the area. I have stayed in various shore locations in NJ and have dealt with realtors and the check-in process but I have never seen a better set up than what you provide. From the greeters and the smell of the grill going as you arrive to the playground to entertain the kids, we could not have asked for a better rental company. Since this was our first time vacationing in the Outer Banks we were not sure how things would be handled, but the few problems that we had at the house were addressed within an hour or 2 from calling and promptly fixed. We had a wonderful vacation and absolutely loved the area. My husband and I are seriously considering purchasing a house in the area because we loved it so much. Thank you for everything! 7/14/2012
