Twiddy was very accommodating. The built in grill on the patio did not work and an older gas grill did not have a gas tank. I called maintenance on Memorial Day and within a couple hours had a brand new grill delivered and ready for us to use. That is the only problem we had during our stay but it helps to know that if a situation did arise it would be dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Be a very critical person myself, I cannot think of anything Twiddy could have done better. From check in with the incredibly nice agents, to providing air pumps for those who drive on the beach, Twiddy does it right. I will not rent with anyone but Twiddy in the future.

All my questions were answered well. Your response to our washing machine burning smell was on a Sunday,the same day we called. We had problems with the dryer vent being plugged with lint and your repair man was there ASAP.
