Signing your Lease:

Your Vacation Rental Agreement will be signed electronically on our website.

• Log into the website by clicking on the Login link at the top right of the site
• Enter your email address and password
• Use the "Forgot your password" link and your password will immediately be emailed to your email address
• Once you are logged in, click "My Account" and you will see your Current Reservation listing and a link to "Process Lease"

• Once you've clicked on Process Lease, the first page will confirm your information and rental rates, where you can also choose to accept or decline Travel Insurance.
• To Accept Travel Insurance, it isn't necessary to make any changes to your agreement. The default is set with the box checked to accept it.



• To Decline Travel Insurance, Click on check box next to the Optional Travel Insurance listing. The Travel Insurance amount will be removed from the lease agreement.



When you uncheck the box to remove optional travel insurance, you will see this:



If you check the box again, you will see this message that it is adding it back in:



If you click on the blue link that says "Optional Travel Insurance" or the blue question mark next to it, you will be taken to our Travel Insurance page of our website which includes more information as well as frequently asked questions pertaining to Travel Insurance.



• You'll review the lease, scroll to the bottom and click "I have read, understood and agree to this Rental Agreement".
• You'll receive a confirmation email with a PDF version of the lease attached. At any time, you'll be able to log back in to your account and reveiw your lease
