Signing your Lease:

Your Vacation Rental Agreement will be signed electronically on our website.

• Log into the website by clicking on the Login link at the top right of the site
• Enter your email address and password
• Use the "Forgot your password" link and your password will immediately be emailed to your email address
• Once you are logged in, click "My Account" and you will see your Current Reservation listing and a link to "Process Lease"

.

• Once you've clicked on Process Lease, the first page will confirm your information and rental rates, where you can also choose to accept or decline Travel Insurance.
• To Accept Travel Insurance, it isn't necessary to make any changes to your agreement.
• To Decline Travel Insurance, Click on "Click to Decline" next to the Travel Insurance listing. The Travel Insurance amount will be removed from the lease agreement.



• You'll review the lease, scroll to the bottom and click "I have read, understood and agree to this Rental Agreement".
• You'll receive a confirmation email with a PDF version of the lease attached. At any time, you'll be able to log back in to your account and reveiw your lease
