L2: Three MBRs (K, K, 2T); BR (2BS) with semi-private bath; all bedrooms have ocean views & the front bedrooms have oceanfront decks; laundry area.
L2.5: Half bath.
L3: MBR (K) with whirlpool; eat-in kitchen; greatroom with gas fireplace, 50" HDTV/DVD home theatre & stereo; oceanfront deck.
Pets: Housetrained dogs only (two max). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
