Situated on a high lot in the midst of Duck Village's shops and restaurants, this vacation retreat is a total package! Designed in the "Old Nags Head" tradition, this home combines comfort, convenience, thoughtful details and a list of amenities to create a perfect coastal getaway.
L1: Two BRs (Duo/Tr, Duo/Tr); full bath; sports bar, pool table, 3 TVs, dishwasher, refrigerator; garage; pool & hot tub.
L2: Three MBRs (K, K, K) each w/TV; movie theatre room w/full-size flat screen, DVD/VCR/TV/stereo; laundry.
L3: MBR (K) w/handicap friendly doorways & shower, heated bathroom floor, TV; kitchen w/dual appliances; greatroom w/surround sound TV/DVD/VCR/stereo; half bath; screened porch.
L4: Ship's watch and observation deck with ocean & sound views.
Extras: Outside refrigerator & hammock, multiple TV/VCR/DVDs, video/DVD libraries, horseshoes.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300. Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
