Located in the heart of charming Duck Village, this vacation venue offers numerous amenities. "Ducks and Company" offers coastal comfort and convenience; your family will enjoy comfortable furnishings, close proximity to local attractions and views from the top deck. Active families like yours can take advantage of the private volleyball court, horseshoes, local water sports and the Duck biking/walking paths. The fun continues in the pool entertainment area with a gated private pool and hot tub. Experience the benefits of a natural water filtration system in the pool. Less "chlorine hair" and burning eyes! This system uses minimal chlorine and leaves the water feeling fresh and clean. The poolside grilling area features two large grills and a sitting area where your family and friends can relax. An Outer Banks getaway awaits you and your family at Ducks and Company!
L1: Two MBRs (K, K); BR (2Duo) w/semi-private bath that opens to the pool area; rec room w/foosball table & big screen TV; laundry.
L2: Three MBRs (K, K, Q) w/private decks.
L3: Greatroom w/gas fireplace and flat screen; kitchen; dining area; 1/2 bath.
Extras: Private pool maintained with natural materials, 6-person hot tub, multiple TVs and DVDs, flat screen in greatroom, high speed wireless Internet access, 5 master suites, foosball, beach cart, high chair, two large BBQ grills & parking for 5 cars.
Private pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300. Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 12 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
