Just two lots from the beach, this retreat offers ocean views from three levels of decking.
L1: Two BRs (2T, 2T); full bath; gameroom w/entertainment center, wet bar w/refrig; laundry.
L2: MBR (K) w/ocean view & 2-person whirlpool, desk, deck access; three BRs (Q w/deck access, Q w/semi-private full bath, BS); covered deck w/hammock & swing.
L3: Greatroom w/entr cntr; kitchen w/breakfast bar; full bath; deck access.
L4: Ship's watch w/deck access.
Extras: Fenced-in play area w/swings, books, games, hammock, multiple TVs/VCRs/DVDs, wireless Internet.
Pets: One dog only, 50 lb. max. No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax).
Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 4th - October 26th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
