A (14x33) private, optionally heated salt treated pool with shaded arbor area provides for both sun and shade all day long. Relax in a third story outdoor hot tub with stars above, ocean views to the East and sunsets to the West. Multiple living areas, a captain's watch, decking and a screened-in porch provide plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their time here on the coast. The community soundside pool, dock, boat launch and tennis courts are just a short walk away.
L1: Laundry, including chute from level two; access to custom pool area.
L2: Four BRs (K, Q, 2T, 2BS); two full baths; private porch and shade decking w/ built-in seating.
L3: MBR (K) w/ walk-in closet & whirlpool; open living (QSS) area w/ wood fireplace, wet bar; dining area w/ ocean views; kitchen; screened-in porch & sun deck with ocean view; hot tub.
L4: Captain's watch w/ ocean view.
Extras: Custom optionally heated salt pool w/ shaded cabana area as well as sun decking, hot tub with ocean views, full-sized volleyball court.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
