About Ocean Crest

Ocean Crest is a ocean-to-sound community located just south of Duck village, providing a perfect place to take a stroll, grab a bite to eat, or shop in unique stores. After a fun-filled day, watch a breathtaking sunset over the peaceful Currituck Sound at the community’s private sound access. Community pool and tennis courts are also available for guests to enjoy.

The Community Amenities are on W. Charles Jenkins Lane. Also, as a reminder, the sound side pier at Bias Shores is not open for use by Ocean Crest guests.

Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day. There is a vendor that rolls all trash and recycle cans back to the homes following collection.

Off-season (November 1 - April 30) recycling is on the 1st & 3rd Monday of the month only.

Community Rules
  • No Street Parking
  • No RVs
  • No Boats
  • No Trailers
  • Golf carts are allowed

No glass bottles, no smoking, and no pets permitted in the pool enclosure.

Parking passes required year-round. Towing is enforced. Parking on the street is prohibited.

Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space and must display a parking pass. Carts parked on the grass or roadside are subject to towing.

Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11:00pm, per Town of Duck ordinance.

Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach walkway. Items left are subject to removal by maintenance.
