This retreat is located in Duck's beautiful Northpoint neighborhood with a short walk to the ocean beach or soundfront pier. Every bedroom is a master with a bath. There's a private 14x32' pool in back with a new hot tub, a heated indoor community pool three doors down and two community tennis courts. There's a rec room on the ground floor with leather couch and chair, two TVs and a pool table. Also on first floor is a bunkroom where you can sleep up to 8 kids. Upstairs is a greatroom with wood fireplace, and a cozy sunroom.
L1: MBR (2 Duo); rec room w/pool table & 2 TVs; access to private pool & hot tub.
L2: MBR (K) w/ whirlpool; three MBRs (Q, Q, 2T); laundry and covered decks.
L3: Half bath; kitchen; greatroom w/wood-burning fireplace; sunroom and open decks.
Private pool available May 4 - October 26, 2008.
