Go crabbing from the private pier, unwind in the oversized hot tub, sunbathe by the private pool or watch a sunset from the ship's watch. Also take advantage of the many Four Seasons community amenities and activities. This is the vacation home for every season!
L1: MBR (2BS); BR (2D) w/semi-private bath; rec room w/large TV, fireplace, arcade game; lanai w/poolside bar; pool/hot tub.
L2: Three MBRs (K, K, K); gameroom w/bar & pool table; full bath; laundry; finished soundfront porch.
L3: MBR (K) w/fireplace & private deck; kitchen; breakfast area; dining room; 1/2 bath; greatroom w/fireplace; sun deck.
L4: Outdoor soundfront ship's watch.
Extras: Infinity pool overlooking sound; elevator; basketball goal; pool table; arcade game; icemaker; wet bar; private pier; wireless Internet access.
Private pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $300 (plus tax) per week. Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available from April 26th - October 25th, 2008; option not available in July or August.
Special events are welcome in 2008 for an additional fee of $1,500. Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements.

3/6/08 This home does not have a gated private pool with a lockable gate that separates the pool area from the home, however, the pool area is fenced in.
