Indoor accommodations include an expansive sports bar and recreation room which features a kitchenette with wet bar, dishwasher, and refrigerator, billiard table, game table, foosball, arcade game and jukebox. Discover the ambience of the library with hand-painted ceiling mural, arches, marble, bamboo flooring and gas fireplace. The hand-painted glass elevator provides easy access to all levels of the home. The master suite offers a double-sided fireplace, whirlpool, and glass-block two person shower. On the lower level you'll find the enclosed theatre room with a projection screen, surround sound, and reclining theatre seats. An additional climate-controlled game area includes ping pong, stick hockey game, and air hockey.
Outdoor accommodations include a pool house cabana equipped with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, full sauna, full bath and custom gas fireplace. On top you'll find a private fiberglass sun deck to enjoy the warmth of the sun. Enjoy the soothing custom-rock waterfall flowing into the sculpted private pool with built-in hot tub, stone surround and tropical landscaping. Escape to the beach via the private walkway and take in ocean views from the additional private dune-top cabana and tiki bar.
