very homey for a large house. great kitchen, well-supplied. comfortable seating in living room. spacious dining table for large family groups. just enough furniture for function and comfort. Superb sofas. Many televisions for individual needs. Missed the book to write in this year..for notes to owners.

This is a lovely home. Pictures really do not do it justice. The central location is perfect whether you're headed to the beach to see the sun rise or to the sound to watch the sunset. The landscaping is immaculate and adds to the home's beauty. Our whole family truly enjoyed our week in Duck's Delight.

Loved the home, the location to the walking path to the beach behind the home, and all the amenities on the property. I'd love to rent it again but not willing to book it at this time. And there are so many properties within the community that it would be kind of fun to explore the other homes, as well. Lucky you all to live in such a resort area along the coast .
