L1: MBR (K); two BRs (Duo/Tr, K w/semi-private bath); den w/kitchenette & entertainment center, refrigerator, wet bar, pool table; half bath that accesses pool area; laundry; patio w/pool & elevated hot tub (for 8), outside bar w/grill, refrigerator & TV.
L2: Three MBRs (K, K, K) one handicap friendly; two BRs (K, 2T) w/connecting full bath; den w/entertainment center; covered decks.
L3: Greatroom; dining; kitchen w/JennAire, 2 dishwashers & ovens; half bath; ship’s watch, screened porch w/wet bar.
Extras: Multiple TVs/VCRs/DVDs, books, printer.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
