The poolside deck and ample wrap-around decking invite you to take pleasure in the views and sea breezes. The theatre room includes stadium seating and a kitchenette to pop popcorn and make drinks or other snacks. Off of the theatre room is a dedicated Nintendo Wii room (games not included, other games welcome). The rec room with kitchenette, bar and pool table opens to the pool deck. Large groups will enjoy the convenience of the three full and one half-size refrigerators throughout this home.
The home's interior features high ceilings, hand-scraped wood floors and a cottage-style gourmet kitchen. Due to the higher than typical elevation, it boasts impressive views of the Atlantic from most rooms on levels two and three. All bedrooms have private full baths and deck access, several offer oceanfront views and whirlpools and one bedroom has its own fireplace. The light and airy décor includes a "beach" color scheme of beiges, aquas and browns with sea glass accents both in custom bathroom tiles and as decorative accents throughout.
