L2: Exercise room w/ half bath and tanning deck.
Main House
L1: Three MBRs (K, Q, 2T); media room with 60" TV; rec room w/ pool table, foosball & kitchenette w/ full size refrigerator; half bath; laundry; pool & hot tub.
L2: Five MBRs (K, K, K w/ whirlpool, Q, 2Duo); decks.
L3: MBR (K) w/ dual vanities & whirlpool; elevated kitchen w/ granite counter tops, wine cooler, 2 full-size refrigerators, dishwashers; greatroom w/ stone accented gas fireplace & hardwood floors; half bath; sky deck.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
