L2: Three MBRs (Q, Q, Q) all w/ TV/VCR, one is handicap friendly w/ 3' wide doors, ramps to decks, roll-in shower, & roll under sink; conversation area w/ TV/DVD/VCR that overlooks pool area; wrap around decks w/ hammock & hammock love seat.
L2.5: 1/2 bath.
L3: MBR (K); greatroom w/ gas fireplace & entertainment center; dining area w/ seating for 10, bar seating for 4 in kitchen, children's table w/ seating for 3; loft/reading area; full size sliders provide sunset views while dining; screened porch, wrap around decks.
L4: Ship's watch w/ seating.
Extras: Gated pool, hot tub, volleyball, shaded dog kennel, basketball goal, elevator, screened porch, video/DVD library, two pool-side BBQs, cable TV.
Pets: Dogs welcome (two max, no cats). No additional fee/deposit required.
