L2: Three MBRs (K, K, Q); BR (Q); full bath; den (QSS) w/TV and DVD/VCR.
L3: MBR (K) w/garden tub; greatroom w/gas fireplace & entr cntr; kitchen w/ breakfast area and breakfast counter; large dining area; half bath; screened porch.
L4: Outside observation deck.
Extras: Multiple TVs, DVD/VCR players & stereos, decking w/furniture, wireless Internet plus Ethernet connection, landscaped back yard w/ BBQ & picnic area.
Pets are welcome (two max). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $425 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available May 3rd - October 31, 2008 (heated option not available in July & August).
