This home stands out above many due to the 8 master bedrooms and combination of bedding that works well for a large group of adults and children. The outside tiki bar and pool area (including TV, extra cold refrigerator, and bathroom) really make this house special. The dining seating is ample, and the screened porch off of the kitchen is also very useful. We would be happy renting this house repeatedly rather than renting a different one each year to find the "perfect" house.

The kitchen in this home was well stocked. We ate in every day and evening and always found everything we needed. We have children from the age 4 to 21 and we either go to the beach or stay in the house and everybody found something to do every day.

Ogunquit is a fantastic home for groups! Every bedroom has its own full bath, which is a HUGE plus. And the outdoor area is unrivaled! The pool area has an outdoor bathroom and 2 showers, outdoor speakers, a tiki bar, plenty of shade, lots of seating, a tv, a fridge, and a conveniently located hot tub right next to the bar (most are located in far corner of pool area). There's a kiddie pool, and the main pool has built-in seats! The house always has lots of beach chairs and pool toys to enjoy, and the ocean is a short walk away, mostly via sidewalk. The kitchen is big, open, and fully stocked and functional, though not ideal for anyone looking for top of the line stove, etc. There's a lot of seating in the dining room at the 2 big tables. In total the house has 3 fridges (one is slightly smaller in the bar; other 2 have icemakers), which is a big help when you have a lot of people. We also love the free wifi and the grill with a huge propane tank. This was our 4th year at Ogunquit and we booked again.
