L1: Two MBRs (Duo/Tr, Duo/Tr); two BRs (Duo/Tr, 2T) w/shared full bath; gameroom w/TV/DVD, foosball, wet bar w/mini-fridge & microwave; laundry; patio w/heated pool, cabana bar & hot tub; double outdoor shower & 1/2 bath.
L2: Four MBRs (K, K, K, Q) access covered decks; reading area & tiled rear entry leading to pool area.
L3: MBR (K); greatroom w/52" wide screen TV, surround sound entr cntr & gas FP; dining area for 12-26; kitchen w/double oven & cook top, 2 dishwashers separate icemaker & appliances galore; 1/2 bath; elevated ship's watch.
L3.5: Desk, telephone & printer/fax machine; reading area.
Extras: Beach chairs, beach utility cart, hammock & porch swings, high chair, multiple TV's, horseshoes.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $450 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
