L1: Two MBRs (K, 2 Duo) w/ TV/DVDs; theatre room w/ large-screen TV/DVD & Bose surround sound; rec room w/ pool table, TV/DVD & fireplace; office with cherry cabinets; laundry; half bath; porch; access to pool area with hot tub; two outdoor showers & outdoor restroom (no sink or bath/shower).
L2: Five MBRs (K, K, K, K, 2T) w/ deck access & TV/DVDs; decking; hot tub; porch.
L3: MBR (K) w/ steam shower, private deck & TV/DVD; kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 refrigerators & dishwashers, double wall oven & Jenn-Air range; dining area; living area w/ fireplace; half bath; decks and covered porch; ship's watch.
Extras: Central intercom system, elevator, wine cooler, steam showers in 2 master suites, volleyball, basketball, fax.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
