- L2: Four MBRs (K, Q, 2T, 2BS); laundry room with 2 washers & dryers; secluded sitting/reading area; access to lower deck that wraps around 3 sides of the house and offers shaded vantage points to enjoy ocean breezes.
- L3: Two MBRs (K, Q); half bath; kitchen with 2 dishwashers; dining room; great room with gas fireplace; wrap-around deck with views of the ocean, wildlife sanctuary and Currituck Lighthouse.
- Extras: Multiple TVs/DVDs, several ceiling fans, access to oceanside & soundside community pools, community tennis & community basketball. Additionally, a community fitness center is available for a fee.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $475 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 1 - October 30, 2010 (option not available in July & August).
