And access to the beach is conveniently located directly across the street!
L1: Two BRs (2T, Duo/BS/Tr) both w/ TV/VCR; full bath; rec room (QSS) w/ pool table & card table, TV/DVD/VCR, video/book collection, kitchenette w/ refrigerator w/ icemaker; access to the pool/hot tub; outdoor shower; foot wash; gas grill; parking.
L2: Four MBRs (K, Q, 2T, 2BS) all w/ TV/VCR; laundry room w/ 2 washers & dryers; secluded sitting/reading area w/ TV/VCR; access to lower deck that wraps around 3 sides of the house and offers shaded vantage points to enjoy the ocean breeze.
L3: Two MBRs (K, Q) both w/ TV/VCR; half bath; kitchen w/ 2 dishwashers; dining room; greatroom w/ large TV/DVD/VCR/stereo & gas fireplace; deck providing views of the ocean, wildlife sanctuary and Currituck Lighthouse.
Extras: Closet space in bedrooms, several ceiling fans, access to both oceanside and soundside resort community pools, community tennis, community basketball, board games, cards, puzzles and high speed wireless Internet access. Additionally, a community fitness center is available for a fee.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $375 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
