The location of this house sells it. It is so nice to only have oceanfront houses in the area. You basically have your own private beach in front of the house. There is also a good amount of king master bedrooms!

The location of the house is wonderful. The sound on one side and the ocean on the other. There is no way to improve on that.

We've been going on family beach vacations for 46 years and we absolutely love this house and it's marvelous location celebrating ocean and sound. We particularly appreciate all the upgrades the new owners have made. We love having the master bedroom for the grandparents separate from the other sleeping areas...nice and quiet with more privacy. I used to be against pools at the beach, but I now appreciate what a hot tub and pool can offer to a group aging from 6 to 80.
