L1: MBR (K); BR (2 Duo) w/semi-private bath; media room; rec room w/foosball, pool table, TV/DVD/stereo & bar; pool & hot tub; poolside bar.
L2: Two MBRs (K, Q); two BRs (Q, 2T) w/TV & DVD; laundry; full bath; decks.
L3: Two MBRs (K, K) w/TV & DVD; greatroom w/fireplace; breakfast room; deck w/breathtaking ocean views; kitchen; half bath; rooftop sun deck.
Extras: Video library and wireless Internet access.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26th - October 25th, 2008; option not available in July & August.

2/20/08 This home does not have a gated private pool with a lockable gate that separates the pool area from the home. You can access the pool area directly from the slider off the rec room.
