• L1 : Two BRs (K, 2BS) share a bath with seated, roll-in shower; BR (Q); rec room with home theatre system, pool table and foosball; full kitchen; access to private pool and hot tub; cabana half bath; double laundry room; garage/game room with ping pong, air hockey, stick hockey and basketball.
• L2 : MBR (K) with whirlpool and private deck; ocean-facing kitchen with two dishwashers and two ovens (one convection); wet bar; two-story great room with home theatre system and gas fireplace.
• L3 : MBR (K/QSS) with vaulted ceiling and private veranda.
• L4 : Four MBRs (K with whirlpool, K, K, Q) each with private deck and oceanfront or soundside views.
• Extras : Multiple TVs/DVDs, gated kiddie pool, multiple home theatre systems, poolside picnic table, elevator to all floors.

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $375 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available April 20 - October 12, 2013 (heated option not available in July & August).
