Situated adjacent to the boarded walkway to the beach (no street to cross) and offering a hot tub, gate/optionally heated pool that can be made available during the off-season. This retreat offers comfort and amenities for one or multiple families. Enjoy the following improvements for the 2008 rental season: new hardwood floors in the kitchen and greatroom and new furniture in the dining area and greatroom.
L1: Two BRs (2T, 2BS) both with access to gated pool; full bath.
L2: Three MBRs (K, K, K) each w/TV & access to covered decks; private den (QSS) with TV/VCR & fax; laundry room; access to covered deck.
L3: MBR (K) w/ whirlpool, TV/VCR & access to deck; greatroom w/views & digital flat screen TV, VCR/DVD, stereo, gas fireplace; dining area; kitchen (island w/ stools); 2 tables for dining; half bath; access to deck.
Extras: Multiple TVs/VCRs, movies, books, games, premium cable channels, 2 full size refrigerators.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
