This was a very spacious home that allowed us to have private time as well as family interactions. Our dog was welcome without restrictions (except for the pool) and we appreciate that. Overall the home was lovely and everyone enjoyed their trip. The home has an elevator for the disabled. I was somewhat surprised that Pine Island did not have a fitness center for its guests.

Loved the open area and the baths for each of the larger rooms. Wish rails of the board walk were kept up better because I got a splinter in my hand which was painful. The grass area was poorly kept.

Very lovely home and fairly good value condisering size and distance to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with various sizes pots & pans. Bedroom furniture was lovely, especially the master suite. We enjoyed the pool table and used the pool every day, the additional refrigerator in lower level was appreciated
