New to the Twiddy Program for 2008! Imagine yourself lounging in the sun by your private pool or enjoying ocean vistas from a hammock swing- this and more awaits at "A Water Forte." This artfully decorated retreat offers six master bedrooms, a gameroom with shuffleboard and air hockey, as well as decking with ocean views. An optionally heated private pool and large hot tub are also available for your relaxation. Make this getaway your next Pine Island vacation venue.
L1: MBR (2BS); rec room w/shuffleboard, air hockey, kitchenette w/mid size refrigerator; 1/2 bath; laundry.
L2: Four MBRs (K, K, Q, 2T); private den.
L3: MBR (K) w/whirlpool tub; greatroom w/gas fireplace; kitchen; dining area; wet bar; 1/2 bath; captain's watch.
Extras: Optionally heated private pool; hot tub; basketball goal; gas fireplace; video library; games; high chair; gas grill; park grill.
Pets welcome (two max). No additional fee or deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $350 per week. Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008 (option not available in July & August).
