Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $275 per week (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available April 27 - October 19, 2013 (heated option not available in July & August).

The house was beautiful with great attention to offering many nice interior upgrades. Love the basement and outdoor space for entertaining...and love the main upstairs space which is very comfortable for many guests to lounge around. There are a few minor things that need to be corrected, but nothing that Twiddy didn't work to immediately remedy. The home is very well maintained and has a great location with lots of quiet space around it...within a very short walk to the beach. The volleyball court and horseshoes with picnic tables between the pond and the pool are also a nice touch. This was the nicest home I've stayed in over a period of 10+ years....and we have visited every year a home in Duck, Corolla, or Pine Island. We'll be back.

A Hop to the Beach was the perfect house for our extended family. The Pine Island neighborhood is beautiful, the beach access was great, and the home was a fun place for all! We would highly recommend A Hop to the Beach! Tom and Diane Kummer

The home was in a great location with easy access to the beach. We loved the many master bedrooms since we'were all adults. Gas grill a huge plus. Pool beautiful. All of the furnishings were modern and in great condition. Love all the ceiling fans.

The house was wonderful, providing space and activities for all ages. The backyard and pool area were very nice as was the first level recreational area. We had a great time - I'm sure we will be back in the future.

Loved the house - has lots of amenities - something to please everyone. Location is great - loved the pond in the back yard. Kitchen downstairs in the game room is very nice - also the multiple dishwashers upstairs was very convenient.
