New to the Twiddy Program for 2008! Bayberry Dunes is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, near the lake for fishing. This semi-oceanfront getaway backs up to an open space and offers views of the sea. Spend quality time with your family and friends in the private pool, or retreat to one of the six master bedrooms for privacy and relaxation. Take advantage of the community pool and tennis courts as well. The owners extend their welcome and invite you to enjoy Bayberry Dunes as much as they do!
L1: Two MBRs (Q, Q); BR (Duo/T); rec room with foosball, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave & TV/DVD/VCR; full cabana bath.
L2: Three MBRs (Q, Q, 2T); open den (QSS) with TV/DVD; 1/2 bath on landing; access to deck with hot tub.
L3: MBR (K) with whirlpool tub; greatroom with gas fireplace; dining area; kitchen.
L4: Ship's watch.
Extras: Private pool; hot tub; multiple TVs/VCRs/DVDs; CD/stereo with surround sound; gas fireplace; icemaker; two dishwashers; games and books; community pool & tennis; foosball table.
Two dogs welcome (no cats). No additional fee or deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $350 per week (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool is available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008 (heated option not available in July & August).
