L3: MBR (K) w/ whirlpool; kitchen w/ granite countertops, Spanish tile, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers & hardwood floors; greatroom w/ gas fireplace, 36" TV w/ DVD/VCR, stereo system & surround sound; two dining areas & glassed deck room that seats 22; half bath; ocean views.
Private Pool available May 3 - October 25, 2008.
Pets Allowed: Two dogs max. No additional fee/deposit required.
Extras: Wireless Internet, surround sound, fish cleaning table, professionally landscaped lawn, multiple TV/VCR/DVDs.
Special Events welcome in 2008 for an additional $1000. Please contact our office if you would like to make arrangements for a Special Event reservation.
