This home backs a natural open space with dune and ocean views. A walkway to the beach is just a few steps from the driveway- no streets to cross! The whole family will love the comfort and amenities Captain's Cabin extends!
L1: Two BRs (Q w/ semi-private bath that adjoins gameroom, 2BS); gameroom w/ pool table, TV; gated, optionally heated pool.
L2: MBR (Q) w/ whirlpool, TV/VCR & private deck access; three BRs (Q, Q, Duo); hall bath; den (QSS) w/ TV/DVD/VCR & fireplace; wet bar w/ under-counter fridge w/ icemaker & kitchenette; laundry; porch swing; hot tub.
L3: MBR (K) w/ whirlpool, TV & private deck access; greatroom (QSS) w/ TV/DVD/VCR & fireplace; dining area & breakfast bar; kitchen.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - November 2nd, 2008; option not available in July & August.
Extras: Multiple TV/VCR/DVDs, video library, 2 gas fireplaces, JennAire charbroiler, gas BBQ, porch swing, fish cleaning table, wireless high-speed Internet access.
