L1: 2 MBRs (2T, 2Duo); half bath; theatre room; rec room with full wet bar, pool table, 2 TV's; elevator; washer/dryer; access to large cabana bar area with gas grill & fridge, private pool.
L2: 5 MBRs (K, K, Q, Q, Q); office/den area (SS) with TV; laundry.
L3: MBR (K) w/ tub & shower; greatroom with fireplace, plasma TV & stereo; dining area with table seating for 20 & bar seating for 4; kitchen boasting stainless appliances: 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, icemaker; half bath.
Extras: Multiple TV's, volleyball, horseshoe pit, elevator, heavy duty seating and tables at pool and on decks.
No Pets; No Smoking; No Special Events.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $600 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008; option not available in July and August.
