L1: Two BRs (Duo/Tr, Duo/Tr); full bath; gameroom w/pool table, foosball, TV/stereo & wet bar w/full size refrig, microwave; half bath; direct access to pool.
L2: Four MBRs (K, K, Q, 2T) three w/direct access to wrap-around deck; den w/TV; laundry room.
L3: MBR (K) w/deck access; greatroom w/ fireplace & home theater & multi-zone stereo systems; kitchen w/dining table, island w/4 chairs, breakfast nook, 2 dishwashers; half bath.
Extras: Wrap-around decks on 2 levels, 2 outside showers, outdoor shuffleboard & kiddie wading pool - 8 x 8 & 23 inches deep.
Pets are welcome (two max). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July and August.
