L1: MBRs (Q); BR (2BS); full bath; gameroom w/entr cntr, wet bar, refrigerator & microwave oven; gated pool with outdoor speakers; cabana 1/2 bath.
L2: Four MBRs (K, K, Q, 2T); den; laundry; covered decks & porch.
L3: MBR (K) w/soaking tub; greatroom w/entr cntr & surround sound; 1/2 bath; kitchen w/2 dishwashers, icemaker & granite counter tops; oak hardwood floors; dining area; sitting room; screened porch; decks w/ocean and lighthouse views.
L4: Loft with ocean views.
Extras: Technical support for wireless Internet provided by Geeks on Call, beach cart, horseshoes and basketball.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26th - October 25th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
