This 2nd-tier oceanfront home is designed and equipped for large families. Although considered oceanfront, 2nd-tier lots are shaped like ivory keys on a piano with the narrow end facing the ocean. Views to the side may be obscured by another house. Enjoy multiple gathering areas such as the game room and new theatre room, and a pool area complete with tiki bar. Recent updates include all new furnishings, appliances and light fixtures, plus, new tile work and refinished hardwood floors.
