L2: Two MBRs (Q, Q) one w/access to private deck w/southern exposure, one w/access to deck w/ocean views; two BRs (2T, 2BS) both w/access to deck w/ocean views; full bath; laundry. TV and VCR or DVD in each bedroom.
L3: MBR (K) w/private deck; greatroom w/vaulted ceiling and ocean views, custom built cypress entr cntr & gas fireplace; half bath; open kitchen; separate dining room w/access to screened porch.
Extras: Water treatment system.
