Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available April 27 - October 12, 2013 (heated option not available in July & August).

Swandipity was serene! Our vacation experience was exceptional. It was amazing waking up or going to bed every day with wild horses right out our window! The beach was at our toes and the views of the ocean were outstanding!

The house was clean and well equipped. It was a very comfortable home and very close to the beach. Having the walkway out to the beach was nice so we didn't have all the dunes to cross. We will definitely make vacationing at this home a family tradition. Twiddy was extremely courteous and seemed to think of everything (even putting air in your tires!) Great home managed by a great company. Thank you!

Our experience was outstanding. The house had everything, right down to beach chairs, boogie boards and pool toys. Everyone, young and old alike, had a great time.

Overall pleased with the home. Would like to have seen more cabinets/shelving in bathrooms to put out "personal items". Loved the decor all through the house...admired the hand paintings by the owner.

Normally towels are hung in rooms not shrink wrapped. 1 bath didn't even get a floor mat. Still in all we had a beautiful peaceful vacation & love Swandipity!
