L2: Five MBRs: Four (K, K, K, K) each w/ private door to covered porch with hot tub; MBR (2T/Tr) all with TV/VCR/DVD.
L3: Greatroom with wide screen HDTV/VCR/DVD & CD/stereo with surround sound & seating for 12; kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble-top center island; dining room that seats 12; sunroom with TV/VCR/DVD; full bath; door to wrap around deck.
Extras: Seven TV/VCR/DVDs; book/video/CD libraries; games; ceiling fans; hammocks; covered parking for 6 cars, 2 refrigerators.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 4th - October 26th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
