New to the Twiddy Program for 2008 and accessible by 4WD only. Welcome to the unique coastal environment of Swan Beach, where wild horses roam and stress is left at the end of the paved road. This beach getaway is located on a corner lot with ocean views and direct beach access. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, soak in the hot tub or play a friendly game of foosball. Enjoy the extra living space provided by the loft, which is equipped with a 37" plasma TV mounted on the wall, VCR and sleep sofa. Approximately 3 miles up the beach.
L1: Three BRs (Q, Q, 2T); laundry; full bath.
L2: MBR (Q); two BRs (Q, 2BS); greatroom; kitchen; full bath; screened porch; loft (QSS).
Extras: Private pool; hot tub; foosball table; dart board; multiple TVs/VCRs/DVDs; books & videos; screened porch; porch swings; hammock.
Pets welcome (two max). No additional fee or deposit required.
