Enjoy ocean views from all levels! Whether you choose to take a refreshing dip in the private pool, stargaze on the decking or relax in the hot tub, you and your family will be "Just Chillin." Home is approximately 7.2 miles from the paved road.
L1: Rec room w/full size refrigerator; laundry; 1/2 bath.
L2: Three MBRs (K, K, Q); two BRs (Duo/Tr, Du/Tr); full bath; access to hot tub.
L3: MBR (K); greatroom; kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves; dining area; study (QSS); 1/2 bath.
Extras: Private optionally heated pool; hot tub; multiple TV\DVD\VCR; 2 satellite dishes; multiple stereos w/CD players; gas fireplace; pool table; fax machine; video library; crib; high chair; games; books; puzzles; volleyball; horseshoes; gas grill.
Pets welcome (two max). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26th - October 25th, 2008; option not available in July & August.

2008 Brochure Updates and Corrections
3/28/08 The walkway to the beach previously advertised for this house has either been removed or covered by sand and is not suitable for use. Just Chillin' oceanfront house sits on over 1 acre corner lot; ocean accessible from the side of the house and extra parking spots are available.
