L3: MBR suite (K) w/large screen HDTV/VCR/stereo; sitting area w/couch, gas fireplace, private deck front and back & Jacuzzi tub; greatroom w/gas fireplace, 42"HDTV/VCR/stereo, game table, sectional sofa w/QSS; dining area seats 14; kitchen w/storage, multiple cook tops, double dishwashers, food processor, ice maker, two sinks, kitchen bar top area & pantry; half bath; sunroom (QSS) screened deck with picnic table and chairs; elevator access to all levels.
L4: Loft/reading area with ocean views.
