Aside from its location, this six-bedroom home constructed in 2005 also has the space, comfort and amenities your family is looking for to enhance their time spent on the coast. Outdoor cooks will enjoy the covered BBQ area. Approximately 10.6 miles up the beach.
L1: Gameroom w/plasma TV w/ surround sound, pool table, foosball, refrigerator, ice maker; full bath; washer & dryer.
L2: Three MBRs (K, K, 2BS); BR (2T); full bath.
L3: Two MBRs (Q, D); 1/2 bath; greatroom w/plasma TV & surround sound; well-equipped kitchen w/ 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, microwave & pantry; screened porch.
L4: Ship's watch off L3 deck.
Extras: Elevator, pool (14x33), hot tub, games, horseshoes, volleyball, fish cleaning station, multiple TVs, satellite TV, antenna, high chair, fax, pets allowed.
Pets are welcome (two max). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26- October 25, 2008; option not available during July & August.
